· Recommend how to “Stage” the home to sell via our Design to Sell Service;
· Design
to Sell Services can include reasonable sources for carpeting,
painting, landscaping, decluttering, and/or repairs, etc., with no payment due until settlement.

advertising means such as daily TV spots, Internet showcasing on many
